Punjabi Vegetable Samosa
A blend of onions, potatoes, and peas, mixed with a fragrant medley of herbs and spices, wrapped in a chick-pea flour triangle pastry.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: From Frozen deep fry at 350 º F for 4 - 6 minutes or Until Internal Temperature Reaches 165 ºF as Measured by Use of a Thermometer. Or, From Frozen bake in a Pre-Heated 350 ºF Convection Oven for 10 - 15 minutes or Until Internal Temperature Reaches 165 ºF as Measured by Use of a Thermometer. Serve hot with Tamarind Chutney.
